An unforgettable sailing experience on the sumptuous seas of the west coast of Mauritius, full of fish, where you just might be greeted by a dolphin. Dropping anchor in the lagoon of Bénitiers Island, not far from Crystal Rock, offers a  panoramic view of the Black River mountain range and the opportunity to enjoy a barbecue prepared by our crew.

Menu 1: Basic Meal

Snacks: local snack ‘moulkou’ and cheese sandwiches.
Bbq lunch: chicken, sausages, fish, pasta, salad, potato salad, rice salad, garlic bread and for dessert, a classic banana “flambée”.
Tea time: tea, coffee & cake.
Drinks: water, soft drinks, juice, local beer, local rum, and local wine (red, rosé and white).

Menu 2: Lobster Excellence

Snacks: local snack “moulkou”, pringles and cheese sandwiches.
Bbq lunch: lobster, chicken, sausages, fish, pasta, salad, potato salad, rice salad, garlic bread and for dessert, Banana “flambée”.
Tea time: tea, coffee & cake.
Drinks: water, soft drinks, juice, local beer, local rum, and local wine (red, rosé and white).

Menu 6: Gambas Bbq

Snacks: local snack “moulkou” and cheese sandwiches.
Bbq lunch: gambas, chicken, sausages, fish, pasta, salad, potato salad, rice salad, garlic bread and for dessert, banana “flambé”.
Drinks: water, soft drinks, juice, local beer, local rum, and local wine (red, rosé and white).

Menu 7: Something Meaty

Snacks: Pringles
Bbq lunch: steak (250g), boerewors sausage, lamb chop, cheesy garlic bread, potato salad, salad and for dessert, banana “flambé”.
Drinks: water, soft drinks, beer and local rum.
